Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and selected European countries including Germany and France. Orders are fulfilled from our local warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France depending on inventory availability and destination.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing time may extend up to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
European Union: 4–8 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be automatically applied when eligibility requirements are met.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. These delays are outside of our control.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy starting from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return for any reason within this period, including change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
For returns due to product quality issues, damage, or incorrect items, we will fully cover the return shipping cost as well as any replacement or refund costs.
For returns due to personal reasons such as change of mind or not needed anymore, return shipping costs may apply depending on the return location and carrier rates.
If a refund request is submitted after the order has already been shipped, we will first attempt to intercept the package with the shipping carrier. If interception is successful, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If interception is not possible, the customer will be required to receive the package and then submit a return request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
To initiate a return, please contact support@puffynest.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

Our plush toys are designed for comfort, decoration, and gifting purposes. Minor variations in color, stitching, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes. Product images are for reference only and may not represent the exact item received.
