PuffyNest Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
This policy applies to all eligible products purchased from PuffyNest.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Reasons for Return
Customers may request a return for any of the following reasons:
Change of mind
Product not as expected
Damaged or defective item
Incorrect item received
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
If the return is due to personal reasons such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund After Shipment
If a refund request is made after the order has already been shipped, we will first attempt to intercept the package with the carrier.
If the interception is successful, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
If the package cannot be intercepted, the customer must receive the item and submit a return request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your bank as processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Items
Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
Final sale items if applicable
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
